Our application process is straight forward and takes only five working days to complete the process, however this can be expedited should you need to move quickly (fast track option if required).
When applying to rent a property through us, you will be required to complete an application form, the information you provide will be used to take references from your employer, previous landlord or agent, character reference from someone who has known you for at least five years and finally a credit check to establish that your credit file is clear of adverse data.

Whereby the landlord withdraws a property during the application process, Prestons Home Rentals will make a full refund of all the application fees paid, or alternatively will endeavour to find a suitable replacement property. However should the tenant withdraw during the application process, all application fees will be forfeit.
On the day you move into the property...
We will require the first months rent and a deposit equal to the monthly rental. Future payments are made via standing order through your bank. Your deposit is held by The Deposit Protection Service. Full details can be found at www.depositprotection.com. Our agency ID Number is 1244836. At Prestons we also have a no deposit scheme.
